| Double ended female thread elbow mould, contain the upper plate and lower plate. Upper plate connects fixed plate, and inside the fixed plate, installing the fixed mould insert; On the lower plate, installing the mould leg and clamping plate, and also installing moving plate on the leg, installing the moving insert on the moving plate. The feature of the mould is installing 4 rotary cavities respectively, each of them has its own rotary device, and then they combined with the fexed mould inserts to be the 4 mould cavity. Moreover, the 4 cavities have their own moulded elbows…The project adopts the methods of exiting the rotary thread core and rotating the rotary cavity to enject, the method enables to the enjection only once, not only save the cost, but also promote the product efficiency and quality.
